Respect for Rights

PracticeDeck respects intellectual property rights. Users must not publish content that they do not own, have permission to use, or otherwise have a lawful right to share.

Copyright Notices

If you believe content on PracticeDeck infringes your copyright, email info@decksportsystems.com with enough information for us to review the claim.

  • Identify the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
  • Identify the PracticeDeck URL or content you believe is infringing.
  • Provide your name, contact information, and relationship to the copyright owner.
  • Include a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Include a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where a United States statutory notice is being submitted, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
  • Provide a physical or electronic signature.

Review, Removal and Reconsideration

We review complaints in light of the identified content, the rights claimed, available evidence, and applicable law. A complaint is an allegation, not a determination that infringement occurred. We may restrict access while reviewing a complaint where appropriate.

If your content was restricted and you believe this was a mistake, contact support with the relevant content reference and evidence of your right to use it. We review requests for reconsideration; we do not promise automatic restoration after a fixed period.

Our review may include public originals, shared links, copies, variations, PracticeDeck references, search results, and retained snapshots. We assess the scope and rights separately rather than assuming every related work must be removed. Limited records may be retained privately for legal obligations or disputes.

PracticeDeck operates from Canada and serves Canada and the United States. This policy does not represent that we have registered a United States DMCA designated agent or qualify for a statutory safe harbor. We assess notices and any legally required response under applicable law; an ordinary support request for reconsideration is not a formal DMCA counter-notification.

We may share the complaint and relevant contact information with the person whose content is challenged, advisers, or authorities as necessary to review the claim or comply with law. Do not include unrelated personal information. Do not submit knowingly false claims; misrepresentations can have legal consequences.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of repeat copyright infringers. We consider the facts of substantiated complaints and disputes; an allegation alone is not a finding of infringement.
