Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

PracticeDeck Pro is billed through Stripe at the price and billing period shown at checkout. Subscription access begins when payment is successfully processed.

The free 7-day Pro trial does not require a payment method and does not turn into a paid subscription automatically. When it ends, your account becomes a view-only free account unless you buy a subscription.

Subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods until cancelled. A monthly subscription renews each month, and an annual subscription renews each year. The checkout identifies the amount, billing currency, billing interval, and applicable taxes before you authorize payment. Canadian-dollar and US-dollar prices are distinct; a dollar symbol alone does not establish the currency. Your bank may impose its own conversion or transaction charges.

A promotion or discount applies only for the period and on the conditions disclosed with the offer. After it ends, the disclosed regular price applies unless you cancel. We will provide renewal reminders, price-change notices, and any required consent process as required by applicable law. A price change will not retroactively change an already-paid billing period.

Cancellation

• To cancel, sign in, open Billing, and use the subscription-management option to open Stripe's customer portal and cancel your subscription. Complete the cancellation steps and check the confirmation or the scheduled end date. If you cannot access cancellation, contact info@decksportsystems.com for assistance.
• Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next recurring charge. You may cancel without giving a reason. Contact support promptly if you believe you were charged after cancellation.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access generally remains active until the end of the current billing period. When paid access ends, your account becomes a view-only free account as described in the Terms of Service. Your content is kept but locked, and drills you published remain public.
• Deleting the app from a device or stopping use does not automatically cancel billing.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may approve refunds for duplicate charges, billing mistakes, technical issues that prevent reasonable use, or other circumstances we consider fair.

We generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, change of mind, or failure to cancel before renewal, unless required by law.

Plan Changes

We will communicate material subscription changes and provide any notice, cancellation opportunity, consent process, or remedy required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, refunds, or payment-dispute rights.
