Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of PracticeDeck, a coaching tool operated by Bishop Sport Systems (AKA, Deck Sport Systems). By creating an account, using the builders, publishing content, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

PracticeDeck is currently offered for use in Canada only. Do not create an account or use the service if you are outside Canada.

If you use PracticeDeck for a team, club, school, or organization, you are responsible for making sure you have authority to use the service for that group.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
  • Accounts are intended for coaches, instructors, team staff, and other users who are old enough to enter a binding agreement.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account, including drills, strategies, PracticeDecks, comments, ratings, and published content.
  • Do not share another person's private information without permission.

Subscriptions

  • Free accounts may have limits on creation, publishing, previews, and other features.
  • Paid subscriptions unlock the features shown on the billing page at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. PracticeDeck does not store full payment card numbers.
  • Subscription renewals, cancellation, and refund handling are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

User Content

You keep ownership of drills, strategies, PracticeDecks, notes, tags, and other content that you create. You grant PracticeDeck permission to host, copy, display, process, transmit, and adapt that content as needed to operate the service.

When you publish content to Discover or another public surface, you allow other users to view it, use it for coaching, add it to PracticeDecks, and create related work where the app allows those actions.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.
  • Do not use PracticeDeck to harass others, impersonate someone, spam signup or support forms, scrape the service, bypass access controls, or interfere with the platform.
  • Do not upload sensitive information about minors, athletes, families, or staff unless you have the rights and permissions required to do so.

Coaching Disclaimer

PracticeDeck provides planning and visualization tools. Coaching content may be created by users and may not be reviewed by PracticeDeck. You are responsible for evaluating whether any drill, strategy, practice plan, or coaching instruction is safe and appropriate for your athletes, facility, sport, age group, and rules.

Removal and Suspension

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these terms, created legal or safety risk, or harmed the service or other users.
