Publishing Standards
PracticeDeck is built for useful coaching knowledge. Published content should be accurate enough to help other coaches understand the drill, strategy, or PracticeDeck, and safe enough for coaches to evaluate before using.
Do Not Publish
- Content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, threatening, or exploitative.
- Private personal information about athletes, minors, families, coaches, officials, or staff.
- Medical, legal, or safety instructions presented as professional advice.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, league materials, team materials, paid playbooks, or another creator's rights.
- Spam, misleading content, malware, phishing, scraping tools, or attempts to manipulate ratings, adds, views, or search results.
Youth and Athlete Privacy
Do not include youth athletes' full names, contact details, images, health details, school records, addresses, or other sensitive personal information unless you have the necessary permissions and a clear coaching reason.
Moderation
We may remove, hide, limit, or review content at our discretion. We may also restrict accounts that repeatedly publish inappropriate, unsafe, infringing, or low-quality content.
Reporting
Users can report content through available in-app tools or by emailing info@decksportsystems.com. Include the page URL, what is wrong, and any relevant ownership or safety context.
Creator Responsibility
You are responsible for content you create, publish, remix, copy, or share. If you use another creator's content, make sure you have permission or that your use is allowed.
