Respect for Rights

PracticeDeck respects intellectual property rights. Users must not publish content that they do not own, have permission to use, or otherwise have a lawful right to share.

Copyright Notices

If you believe content on PracticeDeck infringes your copyright, email info@decksportsystems.com with enough information for us to review the claim.

  • Identify the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
  • Identify the PracticeDeck URL or content you believe is infringing.
  • Provide your name, contact information, and relationship to the copyright owner.
  • Include a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
  • Include a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.
  • Provide a physical or electronic signature.

Review, Removal and Reconsideration

We review complaints in light of the identified content, the rights claimed, available evidence, and applicable law. A complaint is an allegation, not a determination that infringement occurred. We may restrict access while reviewing a complaint where appropriate.

If your content was restricted and you believe this was a mistake, contact support with the relevant content reference and evidence of your right to use it. We review requests for reconsideration; we do not promise automatic restoration after a fixed period.

Our review may include public originals, shared links, copies, variations, PracticeDeck references, search results, and retained snapshots. We assess the scope and rights separately rather than assuming every related work must be removed. Limited records may be retained privately for legal obligations or disputes.

PracticeDeck operates in Canada. This policy does not claim registration under the United States DMCA or that every complaint follows a United States takedown procedure. We assess any applicable statutory notice duties separately.

Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe or repeatedly receive valid copyright complaints.
